We recommend removing fine jewelry before strenuous activity, swimming, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Clean gently using a soft cloth and store pieces separately to preserve their finish.

We offer both in stock and made to order items. Depending on the status of the piece (listed in the product description), your piece can take from 2 days to 3 weeks to ship.

For our in stock items you can expect to receive your piece within 2 days. For made to order items there is a 2-3 week production process. Once production is complete you will receive your piece via overnight shipping.

Yes, we offer complimentary 2 day shipping to anywhere in the US. All of are deliveries are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.

We proudly offer 30 days returns on any in stock item and made to order items. Custom orders are not eligible for a return.

We confidently stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered but we recommend sending your piece in for an annual "check up" so we can inspect, clean and return your piece to you in new condition!
