After years working in New York City’s Diamond District, Jennifer gained hands-on experience at every stage of the jewelry-making process, from design to final quality control. Yes. All Shapira diamonds both natural and lab-grown are real diamonds. They share the same physical, chemical, and optical properties. The difference lies in their origin, not their quality or brilliance.
Natural diamonds are formed over billions of years beneath the earth’s surface, while lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology in controlled environments. Both options meet the same standards for beauty, durability, and wearability.
All of our orders are processed within one day. For our in stock items you can expect to receive your piece within 2 days. For made to order items there is a 2 week production process. Once production is complete you will receive your piece via overnight shipping.
Made-to-order pieces typically take 2 weeks to complete. This timeframe allows for careful craftsmanship, quality control, and finishing. Specific timelines are noted on each product page.
We recommend removing fine jewelry before strenuous activity, swimming, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Clean gently using a soft cloth and store pieces separately to preserve their finish.
We confidently stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered but we recommend sending your piece in for an annual "check up" so we can inspect, clean and return your piece to you in new condition!
